Rates & Services

Free Initial Consultation:  Wags & Whiskers Dog Walking and Pet Sitting offers new clients a free initial consultation with one or more of our pet sitters in your home to meet you and your pets, go through instructions, important information and collect keys, garage code, lock box, etc.  
 

Standard Hours of Service: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

  • Mon-Fri before 8am and after 6pm are not standard (special rates apply)*

  • Weekends are not standard (special rates apply)*

Dog Walking:  Each 30-minute visit during standard hours of service includes a walk (or playtime in a fenced yard only) for your fur baby and lots of TLC!  We will also feed your pup if requested.

1-2 dogs: $23.00

3+ dogs: $3.00 for each additional dog

We also offer shorter, 15-minute visits for pups that just need a quick potty break; as well as extended 45-minute or 60-minute visits, depending on your pet’s needs. These also include plenty of cuddles and belly rubs!   Please note that we have limited slots for extended midday visits based on walker availability.

1-2 dogs: 15 minutes/$18.00

45 minutes/$28.00

60 minutes/$33.00  

3+ dogs:  $3.00 for each additional dog

There is a fee of $5.00 for last minute requests or cancellations

Cat Visits:  Each 30-minute visit during standard hours of service includes lots of playtime and love for those who like to cuddle; or if your kitty is shy and likes to hide, we provide quiet company in case they want to come out and say hello! We will also clean litter boxes and feed your kitty if requested.

1-3 cats: $23.00

4-6 cats: $26.00

6 + cats: $26.00 + 3.00 each additional cat

There is a fee of $5.00 for last minute requests or cancellations

Vacation Visits:  These 30-minutes visits are scheduled from 7am to 8pm. We will visit your home several times a day to take care of your pet(s).  This service allows them to remain as stress-free as possible while receiving care where they are most comfortable.  At this time we do not offer overnight visits.

For the safety of your pets, there is a minimum number of visits required for this service:

3X a day for dogs

1X a day for cats

Holidays:        There is an additional $10.00 fee per visit for New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Weekend (Saturday & Sunday), Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Monday), July 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Monday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

*Non-Standard Visit:  There is a $5.00 fee for:

  • Visits Monday to Friday before 8am and after 6pm

  • Weekends

Key Pick-up/Return:  There is no charge for this service the first time.  If you would like to have your keys returned and picked up again for subsequent visits, there is a $15.00 fee per trip.

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • 24-hour notice for non-holiday visits and two weeks notice for holiday and vacation visits.  

  • There is a $5.00 fee for last minute cancellations, however, we understand emergencies may arise and this fee may be waived.

  • PLEASE NOTE: in the event of severe weather, Wags & Whiskers may need to cancel a visit and it is understood you may need to cancel as well.
